The Collective Learning Center (CLC Academy), the training house of Odd Investment Group, is opening its marketplace to outside trainers. Pilot applications are now open.

How it works
Planned pilot process — course listings and automatic trainer payouts are pending marketplace launch.
- Trainer applies and signs the Trainer Agreement.
- Academy reviews the course.
- Course lists on the marketplace after review.
- Students buy and the trainer is paid automatically.
The money split
Trainer keeps 85% of each sale; the Academy keeps a 15% platform fee. Stripe processing is deducted from the trainer share. The Academy covers per-account and payout fees.
Example: a $179 course sale means $26.85 to the Academy and $146.66 to the trainer (after Stripe processing).

Requirements
- Real people with real names only.
- Every credential claimed must be genuinely held.
- Course content must be the trainer’s own work.
- Food-safety content must reflect current code and practice.
